With the increase in the number of cycles purchased over lock down and as Christmas presents and the fact that the thefts of cycles have risen recently, we are starting the cycle security marking sessions again.On Saturday 22nd January 2022 from 9.30am – 12.30pm Neighbourhood Watch and Crime Prevention Officers will be carrying out a FREE cycle security marking session at Longford Village Hall, Longford Lane, Longford GL2 9EL in association with Longford Parish Council.Cycles will also be registered on the National Cycle Data Base again FREE of charge.This is a proven crime prevention method, and we look forward to seeing you there.Please pass this message onto all your friends and neighbours, as everyone is welcome.
