Like most organisations, Leigh Parish Council has produced a GDPR policy. A copy of it can be found on this website together with a copy of the consent form. Where existing details are already held, the consent form has been emailed to you. All you need to do is complete it and return to the Clerk. The Parish Council has never shared your personal data so there is little change in the way that we protect this information. If the consent form is not returned either via email or hard copy, then the contact details will be removed and information will no longer be sent to you. You can ask for your information to be removed at any time. Please return your completed form to the Parish Clerk by 31st August 2018. After this date, email addresses that do not have a returned GDPR form will be removed from all contact lists.
