Next Steps
Tewksbury Borough Council will now consider the Examiner’s conclusions and recommendations and will decide whether or not it proceeds to a referendum, with or without modifications.
A Decision Statement will be published on this webpage.
If the decision is taken to proceed to a community referendum, the Borough Council will publicise details of this at least 28 days in advance.
For the plan to be adopted or ‘made’, where it will form part of the development plan for Tewkesbury Borough, it is necessary for at least 50% of those voting in the referendum to vote “yes” to bringing the plan into force.
